What to expect at these times?

Pregnancy, childbirth and post-partum are the first experiences that mark motherhood. This is a time of bodily, hormonal and family changes that may pose different challenges for every mother and their partner. These changes are likely to generate uncertainty and we often don’t know how to deal with them. In addition, as the months go by you’ll have different needs and, depending on the month, your priorities will change. At Lullaai we want to address various issues and give you tips so you have all the tools allowing you to navigate these times as best as possible.


You will experience monthly changes for 9 months and we will therefore be talking about sleep, food, body, emotions, exercise and healthy practices throughout this stage.


This is a time of many expectations and doubts, particularly among first-time mothers. You will find tips here to know more about what to expect at this time.


This may last approximately 6 weeks, but differs for each woman. After birth, your body changes yet again and this time while caring for your little one. We will discuss how this stage has its own challenges and needs because it implies setting a balance between your self-care, caring for the baby and your family.
